How to Order

Our website now shows all pricing in the country that you are physically in. Bear in mind, if you live in Canada, and are visiting the USA, you will see the pricing in US funds, due to your physical location. 

ADD TO CART (preferred method )

We have recently added the "Add to Cart" feature on our website. Our customers have confirmed that it is easy to check out from our website.  At check out, you can create an account which keeps all your information so, in the future, a log on is all that is required. An account, however, is not required for purchasing from our site.



Please send us an email stating the product number(s) (not the Bombardier Numbers) you would like to order, as well as the quantity. Within the email, kindly provide your Postal/Zip Code or Country when placing the order so shipping can be calculated. We will check our stock for availability, calculate shipping and an invoice will then be sent to you. Once paid, your item will be shipped, usually the same day.

  • If you prefer, you can call/text in your order at our new cell number 1-587-783-3306, and provide us the information listed above. We will check our stock for availability, then you can the provide us with an email address so an invoice can be sent.
  • If you rather pay over the phone, we will require:
    • Credit card information (including the credit card number, expiration date, security code on the back of the card and the Zip/Postal code where your credit card statement is mailed
    • Mailing address and phone number
    • We will then end the call as we need time to prepare the shipment, obtain a quote from Canada Post/USPS, prepare the invoice, then process the charge on your card.  Once paid, your item will be shipped, usually the same day.
  • If unanswered, leave us a voice mail with your name, email, phone number, State/Province you are calling from and the product(s) and quantities you need. We will check our stock and return your call or send you an email with a stock availability and shipping quote. Payment information will be obtained at that time.

We respond to all emails (usually the same day), phone calls and voice mails within 48 hours.

We are based out of Parkland County, Alberta, Canada (Mountain Standard Time (MST), so a location is needed to ensure we return your call at an appropriate time.

Due to different times zones, this may delay response, therefore an email is preferred.

PAYMENT - E-Transfer Preferred (Canada), otherwise a Credit Card is Preferred 

Our website is set up to accept payment by providing your credit card information, or with PayPal. 

However, you don't need a PayPal account as they accept major credit cards as well. 

The process is easy, we email you an invoice, then all you have to do is click on "Pay Now" and enter your credit card and address information. Once you pay, you will be prompted at the end of the transaction to create a PayPal account since all your information is entered. You do not need to create the account at this point and payment was sent to us.

At times, USA credit card providers do not allow purchases outside the USA. If so, please contact your credit card provider and advise them that you want to make an online purchase from a Canadian website, They will lift the restriction for a 24 hour period so you may complete the purchase during this time. You can work with your credit card provider for the time frame. 

Shipping information 


All orders are packaged to keep shipping costs as low as possible. The following are estimate delivery times for Canada, USA and International Orders. To determine the shipping costs, simply add items to the card, provide your State/Province or Country and the shipping will be shown for the items chosen based on their weight and package size. Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes in their countries.

International FedEx FIMS (no longer offered in June) 4 - 12 weeks



International Orders ships with FedEx FIMS (delivery within 4-12 weeks). If you want 7-14 business day delivery email us your product list, along with your complete ship to address, to, we will calculate the shipping costs with FedEx Connect on a per order basis. 


FedEx FIMS (International Mail Service) is the most economical service, however it will no longer be offered as of June 1 2024. 

Unfortunately, at that cheaper cost, delivery can take from 4 - 12 weeks.  (out of our control, you pay for this service, be prepared to wait).

There are delays at the destination country borders, packages are inspected and duties and taxes are calculated. (out of our control, be prepared to wait).

International Customers (not USA) must pay duties and taxes, we are not responsible for this cost.

Once the package arrives to the destination country, the customer can track it more effectively at their end. Please use the number and track it locally (online in your country). We only see that it arrived at your country, we can provide northing further.

We can offer FedEx International Connect Plus, which delivers within 8 - 12 business days, but it is more expensive.

Once we receive your order via email, we can provide more accurate costs of shipping for your package.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience. However, at times, you may find it necessary to return your order for a refund or exchange.

Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your purchase and indicate the invoice number and the reason for a return. 

We require the item to be returned to us within 30 days of your order's shipping date. Item(s) that have been damaged or used will not be exchanged or refunded. Returned product older than the 30 days, will not be processed. All returns must be sent to our Canadian address

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on purchased and returned products, we do not refund shipping charges. 

Return and exchange items must be in "new" condition and must include all packaging, except the Vintage Roost business card and stickers which may have been provided at the time of the sale. These are yours to keep.

We reserve the right not to refund and exchange the item if it is physically damaged. If so, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost. Also, you must contact us prior to returning an item, or you will not receive the refund.

Refunds will be processed upon the review of the returned items.
